 Allyship involves individuals using their privilege and influence to support and amplify the voices of those facing discrimination. Advocacy goes a step further, as it involves tackling structural barriers to create equitable opportunities.

While mentorship focuses on guidance and support, allyship and advocacy are about actively driving systemic change and fostering a culture of inclusion. These roles are essential for addressing racial inequity, career biases, and promoting an inclusive workplace environment.
