A leading pharmaceutical company engaged MindTribes to develop a comprehensive Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy post-merger. The primary goal was to create a unified, inclusive culture reflecting the diversity of its workforce and patient base. The company faced challenges in integrating diverse cultures, enhancing leaders’ cultural literacy, and overcoming structural barriers that limited the representation of CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) employees in leadership roles.
