Her work to increase cross-border collaboration for some of Australia’s leading companies results in positive top & bottom lines outcomes. Her research, passion & commitment to advancing the economic and leadership upward mobility of culturally & linguistically women through her social enterprise CDW, is addressing both the significant under representation of CALD women in leadership & the untapped economic opportunity that greater workforce leadership participation rates will create.
