WHAT WE DO
Capability Build
We offer five key services. These services are co-designed with our clients to ensure that it captures the lived experiences of their people and so that we can support the application of learning into the real world. We measure and track behavioural change with our clients, long after we have delivered learning.
1. Staff Led Network Capability
We have designed and delivered 6 key capability modules that teach Chairs, Members and Sponsors of Staff led Networks or ERG’s [Employee Resource Groups] how to effectively influence change from the bottom up.
2. Executive Coaching, Advisory
[Allyship & Advocacy, Inclusive Leadership]
We find that while there is good intent for allies and advocates to offer their support to others, they need the know-how on influence, advocacy, inclusive decision making skills to lead change long term.
3. Learning
Proactively Preventing Negative Behaviours [Design, Delivery], Culturally Diverse Women’s Masterclass Program, Owning Your Cultural Diversity: We have a unique, person-centred design approach to learning that sees behavioural change that we can measure. When we are in front of an audience, we make it count by engaging how people feel, think and what they do next.
4. Gender Impact Assessments
Equity Impact Assessments: We teach leaders how to continuously assess equity in their business processes. We know that when this is built into the structures and systems at work, it makes change for all people and customers.
5. Psychological Safety
Proactive Prevention for HR & Leaders: We have designed a 6 module capability program to support People and Culture Leaders and Business Leaders to proactively prevent harm. The first of its kind in Australia, it is our positive response to new WorkSafe regulations and the Respect at Work Bill.

At MindTribes, we pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. Representing the oldest living culture in the world, First Nations people have been the traditional custodians of this land for more than 65000 years. Australia, is the only commonwealth country that does not have a signed treaty (a formal agreement with the government and Indigenous people). We at MindTribes are committed to ensuring that every client we partner with has a meaningful and action-based Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)– whilst we don’t design or deliver a RAP, one of our first principles is not doing business with a client who does not have a RAP or an intention to execute a RAP in the time we are with them.
